This workshop is for anybody who would like to learn how to create healthy relationships when recovering from Eating Distress / Disorder.
When we are experiencing ED it can be a very overwhelming experience. This workshop aims to have you coming away with a greater understanding of your sensitivity and your emotions and enjoying discovering new ways of relating with people, with your body and food.And the main – more enjoying your Recovery journey.
All information is based on over 30 years of experience teaching people how to achieve Freedom from many types of Eating Distress/Eating Disorders

How to value and enjoy your sensitivity
How to effectively communicate with family & friends
How to build a stronger, more loving, relationship with yourself
How to banish distorted beliefs and simplify your relationships
