Walnuts about Chocolate No Bake Cake


200g dark chocolate

100g chopped walnuts

100g ground almonds

100g soft cheese

100g chopped dates

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ ground chilli or cayenne pepper


  1. Add the walnuts, almonds, soft cheese, dates, and chilli/cayenne pepper to a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, melt the dark chocolate.
  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients
  4. Gently mix well together.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking tray/dish and keep it refrigerated for few hours until solid
  6. Enjoy 🙂
