Recipe of the Week:

Lemon and Orange Fish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

4 fish portions (trout, salmon, cod…)
1 tablespoon of fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Nori Seaweed flakes
Black pepper

Put four pieces of fish in the tray, pour orange juice and lemon juice over it, sprinkle seaweed over it and bake for 15 minutes gas number 6
Serve with salad or seasonal vegetable
