When you suffer from eating distress you find hard to trust your body. You were pre-programme by many marketing strategies. Repeated theory becames a fact ... so many facts are just product of advertisement. In recovery you need to learn to think about your body differently. It is a precious instrument which needs to be looked after. It is like a chemical factory and you are the manager, so some of your departments need more of your energy, lets start now to think differently about the food, lets see it as an energy source, the more you practice, the easier it will become.

Recipe of the day:

Sandwiches
So many of you are buying sandwiches because you trust the label, the so called nutritional advice. These labels are not accurate, they are estimated and printed advance. Reading them is not helping you in your recovery.

If you look at a loaf of slice pan, every slice is different thickness but the label will tell you that there are so many calories per slice – but does not tell you which one – they are all different….Start to think for yourself!!!

Many of you have a very busy day and you do not eat until evening. It is important to keep your tummy happy with some form of snack, salad or sandwich. As well it will help you to build up your metabolic rate. The following are some appetising suggestion to make the daily sandwiches more exciting and varied:
