Self-Help Tip of the Week: Nourish Yourself

Lighten Up about nourishing yourself, using sense of humour is very important tool you need to master it in order to recover. Recipe of the Week:

Almond coconut slices

2 cups of water
1 block of orange or lemon jelly
1cup of creamed coconut

Pour 2 cup of boiling water over the jelly and stir until it dissolve, then stir in 1 cup of cream coconut and mixed all together until smooth

Then add:
3 table spoons Tibetan dried Goji berries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup of ground almonds
2 cups of yogurt
3 sachet of gelatine

When everything is mixed together pour into a dish and leave it to set in refrigerator
