Perhaps it’s time you started to use them 'in therapy'. Throwing cans and bottles in to the bottle bank makes fantastic noise. This could be very useful for releasing every day stress and frustration. It could be very handy as well when you are angry with someone. Of course not to use it on them (you might find yourself in a lot more trouble) but to use them as an instrument for releasing the angry feelings and frustrations from your system.
And not only that, but you can also vent your frustrations safe in the knowledge that you are also doing something worthwhile for the environment. So, go to try it.
