What is harmony for you?

Think for a while and allow your mind to focus purely on the word ‘’harmony’’.

What do you hear? What do you see? What do you feel?

Today’s quotation from Mohatma Gandhi is like a description of Recovery. The whole process of recovery is looking for harmony. We learn to be in harmony with nature, with ourselves, and with other people as well. Harmony is a state of mind, harmony is peace, and harmony is happiness…. We could continue forever.

Today you are going to discover your own definition of this word, and go on to realise how it actually feels.

Look around. It could be when you are going to work or school, when you are sitting in the coffee shop, when you are with your friends or strolling in the park that could be when you discover the true sense of ‘harmony’.

When you have felt it, pick up your recovery book, or open your recovery file in your subconscious mind and write down all the things you discovered about harmony.

Ask yourself: ‘’Where is the harmony in my life and what areas do I have to work more on to make this sense of peace and calm grow?’’

Remember! Harmony is Recovery!
