Last Thursday of the month is a special group on Nutrition

Nutritional Sessions

Nutritional sessions at MTC enrich our client's choices, teach clients how to listen to body signals and eliminate the fears connected with nourishment. At MTC we also offer meal suggestions, recipes and full day nutritional workshops. You will learn not a only about nutrition but interesting facts about the body and its function.

Bodywork and Massage Therapy

Bodywork at MTC helps clients to speed up the body-mind connection. These sessions are personal to the individual client and their stage in recovery. Indian head massage helps get rid of stress and improve concentration which clients are very often lacking. From experience we see this speeds up recovery.
