Brain Fuel Goodness

Some delicious simple recipes from our classmate:)

3 Ingredients + 3 Easy Steps = Results in some ‘Brain Fuel Goodness’:

Ingredients:

Dark Chocolate

Coconut oil

Mixed Nuts

Method:

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together

Add in the nuts and mix until all the nuts are covered.

Spoon into cupcake cases, pop into the fridge.

Most importantly enjoy :):):)

 

Bliss Balls:

Ingredients:

1 cup pitted dates

¾ cup almond meal or cocoa powder

½ cup peanut butter

Designated coconut

¾ cup mixed nuts

Makes about 12 balls.

Method:

Add all the ingredients into a blender, roll into balls and pop into the fridge to harden and ENJOY!!!!

 

Easy Oaty Bread:

1 and a ½ large pots of Greek yogurt

Oats (I use the Greek yogurt pot and fill one with oats)

Mixed nuts

Sprinkle of baking soda

Method:

Mix together, put into a baking dish and put into the over for 40 mins.
